Drawing on UX research and behavioural economics, Sydney and Brittany make these attention systems visible through a simulation-based learning approach.

Sydney Nguyen is a former UX Lead at Amazon (Search, Conversational AI and Alexa Shopping), where she led initiatives for users with non-dominant accents, low vision and lower-income backgrounds; she holds a Master’s of Design Engineering from Harvard. Brittany Roberts is a Senior UX Designer on Amazon’s Delivery Experience with a background in photography and fine art (BFA, Massachusetts College of Art and Design).
